			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The people that talk to me on a regular basis know that I liked to read in cycles.  Around the beginning of the year I was focused on Isaac Asimov.  More recently I&#8217;ve returned to my people/project management kick and went through a dozen or so books from the IBM site library.  Of the dozen, there were a few that were particularly noteworthy that I&#8217;ve added to my list to recommend to people.  The list:</p>
