hmsh: And thus, a new shell was born

Mike and I have decided that we’re going to work together on the first Op Sys homework. Even though we have yet to write a single line of code or even think about what we’re going to do, it already has a name: hmsh. The helper monkey shell. Builtin commands will include a handy "mksw" (make sandwich, options include '--mayo', '--notomato', etc.) and "samurai" (equivalent to "echo 'THE TUBE IS CIVILIZATION'"). We rock.

In other news, Mike and I also ran the first COSI meeting of the semester, which turned out to be a great success. Things seem quite promising for COSI this semester. Mike is the official news organ, while I’m the puppet master in the shadows. Actually, I’m not. I guess I’ve read Peter’s Evil Overlord List too many times. Why can’t I have minions or inept guards?

Final note: it’s frickin’ cold out. If tomorrow is as bad as this morning was, I think I’m going to pour the rest of my Irish whiskey all over me and set myself on fire.
